Sperry Equities is proud to partner with Cristo Rey, a national network of high schools that places students in professional work experiences one day a week throughout the school year.
Our Student Associates work alongside our teams in marketing, brokerage, and operations — contributing to real projects like our company directory, property research, and social media, while gaining hands-on exposure to commercial real estate. We believe in investing in the next generation, and Cristo Rey students bring energy, curiosity, and dedication that makes our office better.

“Sperry Equities sponsors four Cristo Rey High Schoolers and we love the experience. Cristo Rey's program gives our staff the ability to help mentor and expose young minds in the ways of Commercial Real Estate Investing. They learn business and people skills that would be foreign to them for most of their lives. They are exposed to reporting, analyzing numbers, managing real estate and general office decorum that are rarely experienced by kids their age. Our staff is also rewarded with Cristo Rey's appreciation and knowing we are changing lives for the better and creating a new generation of Orange County Professionals. Every High School in America should have programs like this.”
